Band (under bust): wrap a soft tape directly under your bust, snug but not tight. Round to the nearest inch — that’s your band size.
Cup (fullest bust): measure around the fullest part of your bust. Subtract your band measurement — the difference in inches tells you your cup (about 1″ = A, 2″ = B, 3″ = C, 4″ = D, 5″ = DD).
